Stand with Mark: Road to Recovery

Story

We’re reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for our Uncle Mark, a long-time resident of Willis, TX, who was run over by a drunk driver while selling honey in a parking lot off 1097.

He is currently in the ICU suffering from internal bleeding, multiple broken bones, and a severe laceration to his head. His injuries are critical, and he faces a long and painful road to recovery.

As he fights to heal, he will require intensive medical care, multiple surgeries, and rehabilitation.
We’re setting up this GoFundMe to help cover:
• Building accommodations to his home for rehabilitation, such as a ramp to get in and out of his house.
• Transportation and caregiving needs

Anyone who has met our uncle knows how outgoing and hardworking he is. Whether it’s lending a helping hand or giving out fishing advice, he’s always been there for others. Now he needs us.
